Job summary

NCSA College Recruiting is seeking a Vice President, Data to lead omnichannel customer technology, enterprise data, analytics, and data science initiatives across a multi-brand enterprise serving B2B and B2C customers.

You will own the data roadmap, oversee data platform modernization, and drive personalized experiences, data-driven decisions, and scalable growth while building high-performing teams and fostering innovation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive tech leadership experience with 7+ years in senior management roles.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and platform consolidations in B2B and B2C settings.
• Demonstrated success partnering with boards, C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for commercial systems, data infrastructure, and customer engagement platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from board to practitioner to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Direct modernization of enterprise data infrastructure, BI, analytics and data science tools.
