Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a Vice President of Data and Digital Transformation to lead innovation for TD Garden and the Boston Bruins. You will advance enterprise data strategy, drive data-driven decisions, and elevate fan engagement across venues and digital platforms.

With 10+ years in strategy and analytics, you will lead cross-functional teams, implement AI and emerging tech, and shape ROI-driven initiatives across marketing, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in business strategy, data analytics, digital, sales, marketing, or ticketing.
• Executive leadership with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation; omnichannel journeys.
• Experience applying AI, ML, or automation to improve efficiency or ROI.
• Ability to define KPIs for digital transformation initiatives and measure impact.
• Experience overseeing data ecosystem development and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unified data ecosystem with analytics frameworks and real-time visibility.
• Champion adoption of emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, IoT) to unlock efficiencies and personalization.
• Advance digital marketing ecosystems to grow revenues and deepen loyalty.
• Develop vision and plan for future-state fan experiences across in-venue and digital platforms.
• Lead analysis of customer behaviors, market dynamics, and trends to shape strategy and revenue.
• Provide advanced financial modeling and pricing strategy to maximize profitability.
• Drive change management and training for new systems and processes.
