Job summary

DL Resource Group is seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics to lead a data engineering and analytics organization in a primarily in-office role (Mon-Thursday). You will shape the data roadmap, partner with executives, and mentor a senior team to deliver enterprise-scale BI and data platforms.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in data, strong cloud platform experience (Azure, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake), and a proven track record delivering Power BI-based solutions, governance, and data

Qualifications

12+ years in data engineering/analytics with 4+ years leading cross-functional teams.
Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms, preferably Azure (ADF, Synapse, Fabric, ADLS).
Experience delivering enterprise BI solutions, particularly Power BI.
Strong SQL and Python for data pipelines and transformation.
Experience establishing data governance, data quality, and enterprise data strategy.

Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data engineers and analysts.
Develop, execute and refresh data & analytics roadmap aligned with growth strategy.
Partner with senior leaders to prioritize data investments and translate business outcomes into engineering requirements.
Manage vendor and platform relationships; negotiate contracts and evaluate technologies.
