Farm Family seeks a hands-on Vice President of Data & AI Strategy to operationalize the enterprise's data capabilities. You will translate strategy into governance, tooling, and day-to-day practices across domains, collaborating with data stewards, engineers, and analysts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data strategy, data governance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience delivering data governance or data management programs at enterprise scale.
• Insurance, financial services, or related industry experience preferred.

Reporting to the SVP, Data & AI Strategy, this role translates enterprise strategy and governance frameworks into working processes, tooling, and day-to-day practice across business domains.The VP will work directly with business stakeholders, data stewards, analysts, data scientists, and engineers to implement governance standards, integrate external data, mature master data capabilities, and keep the data & AI portfolio running on schedule and visible to leadership.This is a 100% in-office position.
