NerdWallet is expanding from guidance into a financial services provider. We seek a VP, Customer Growth to lead how we engage customers across owned channels and to build the data and engagement infrastructure for personalized experiences at scale.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this executive will shape growth strategy, GTM for new products like NerdWallet Savings, and cross-functional collaboration with GMs, Data, Product, and Design.

Competenze

• Executive with 10+ years leading data-driven growth, engagement, and GTM in consumer fintech or related fields.
• Proven ability to drive growth across owned channels (email, push, newsletters) at scale.
• Experience partnering with GM-level stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new products.

Mansioni

• Own NerdWallet’s owned-channel strategy end to end across email, push, newsletters, and emerging channels.
• Build the data architecture, segmentation, personalization, and automation to enable relevant communications at scale.
• Drive growth in acquisition, retention, and engagement through the owned ecosystem with measurable outcomes.
• Lead GTM for new branded financial products, defining launch messaging and adoption programs.
