Job summary

NerdWallet is seeking a VP of Customer Growth to lead how we speak to and engage with our customers across email, push, newsletters, and emerging formats. You will shape the go-to-market for NerdWallet-branded financial products and build the data, segmentation, and engagement infrastructure that personalizes experiences at scale.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will partner with GMs, Data, Product, and Design to drive measurable growth in acquisition, retention, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in growth, marketing, or customer engagement, including senior roles in fintech or digital finance.
• Strong expertise in owned channels (email, push, newsletters) and data-driven segmentation.
• Proven ability to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across multi-channel programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with GM-level accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own NerdWallet’s owned-channel strategy end to end and define a cohesive cross-channel experience.
• Drive growth in acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven programs.
• Lead GTM strategy for new branded financial products and collaborate with product, design, and analytics.
