NerdWallet, Inc is seeking a Staff Marketing Manager to lead our email and push notification programs from end to end, partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to optimize experiences and ROI.

You will own channel strategy, conduct rigorous A/B testing, build scalable reporting, and mentor teammates while driving business outcomes through personalized, data-driven campaigns.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional data-driven marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making; SQL/HTML familiarity is a plus.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting on KPI performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Owner mentality with bias for action; AI literacy is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute email channel strategy end-to-end, including planning, launch, post-test analysis, and scaling.
• Collaborate on email/push system architecture with product, engineering, analytics, and data science.
