JP Morgan seeks a Vice President to lead the build-out of our CRM product within Digital Markets. This role shapes a CRM platform designed for the dynamic workflows of digital market sales and client servicing.

You will collaborate with sales, trading, technology and operations to capture requirements, translate them into scalable features, and drive adoption, optimization, and innovation across the CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering successful products.
• In-depth understanding of the Markets business.

• Design and refine CRM workflows for lead generation, pipeline management, onboarding and post-trade support.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the CRM product across Digital Markets.
