Job summary

Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York seeks a Senior Systems Specialist for Business Development Platforms to optimize the BD technology stack. You will administer CRM platforms, translate BD goals into technical solutions, and collaborate with IT, BD, and vendors on roadmap initiatives.

You will design reporting in Power BI, develop analytics, and support platform usage with training materials. This role requires strong project leadership and a proactive, data-driven mindset in a hybrid NYC

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting CRM, marketing, business development or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience with InterAction, Intapp DealCloud, Salesforce preferred.
• Power BI reporting and advanced Excel skills; basic SQL and Power Automate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers BD and marketing technology platforms with deep CRM expertise.
• Translates BD objectives into technical requirements and drives Agile work.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams on enhancements and roadmaps.
• Enforces data standards, taxonomies, and data governance across BD platforms.
• Manages integrations across the BD tech stack (Vuture, Introhive, CVent).
• Develops reporting logic, dashboards, and analytics in Power BI; provides insights.
• Provides advanced support for platform setup, troubleshooting, and workflows.
• Contributes to training materials and user documentation; coaches users.
