Job summary

SOC LLC is seeking a Vice President of Critical Infrastructure Programs to lead strategic direction, operations, and financial performance for a high-impact business unit. This role guides multi-million dollar programs spanning DOE, commercial data centers, and related sectors, delivering secure, resilient infrastructure and sustained growth.

You will build and mentor high-performance teams, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive governance and capture activities to expand contracts

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in government program environments (DOE/DOD/DOS).
• Budgets overseen: multi-million to $40M+ annually.
• Specialized knowledge: Safeguards, Security, and Emergency Management at DOE sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive comprehensive business strategies for DOE-funded projects and related opportunities.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to uphold operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in DOE oversight boards and governance to shape project outcomes.
• Contribute to capture management, pricing strategies, and talent acquisition to grow contract portfolios.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance cost efficiency, workflows, and engagement.
• Provide transparent status updates on risks and opportunities to executive leadership.
