SOC LLC, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Vice President of Critical Infrastructure Programs to steer strategy, governance, and financial performance for a vital business unit in the national security sector.

You will oversee multi-million dollar budgets, mentor cross-functional teams, and drive business development, client relationships, and continuous improvement to strengthen national infrastructure resilience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in government program environments (DOE/DOD/DOS).
• 7+ years in senior management overseeing large teams and budgets.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar programs and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategies for DOE-funded projects and related opportunities.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to ensure excellence and satisfaction.
• Participate in governance boards and critical decision processes.
• Contribute to capture management, pricing, and talent acquisition.
• Foster strong client relationships and proactive issue resolution.
• Drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement across programs.
