Qualifications

• Strong existing relationships in the US Federal Cyber marketplace.
• 10+ years in Business Development and/or Federal Capture.
• Proven track record in developing, capturing and winning large federal opportunities.
• Experience moving opportunities through standard Gate Reviews and information gathering.
• Understanding of IT in the Federal Space including Cloud, Agile, and Cyber security.
• Knowledge of Cyberspace doctrine, direction, and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Understand market trends and Cyber direction across DoD agencies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key Cyber customers (Army, Navy, etc.).
• Lead and participate in opportunity activities and proposal reviews.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling win strategies.
• Coordinate with account leads, PMs, and SMEs to present full company capabilities.
• Drive capture plans and win probability assessment through the process.
