American Structurepoint, Inc. is seeking a Vice President to lead the Federal Group, provide executive leadership, and set strategic direction for federal practice across DoD and civilian agencies.

This high-impact role focuses on pursuing opportunities, expanding prime contractor relations, and building a scalable, capture-driven federal business. Remote-based in the U.S. with travel as needed to win major architectures and engineering projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive federal business development and leadership experience within the A/E industry.
• Established relationships with DoD, federal civilian agencies, and/or federal prime contractors.
• Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition lifecycle.
• Ability to travel 25%+ (Indianapolis HQ, client sites, industry engagements, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the Federal Group.
• Lead development and execution of annual and long-term business plans and market strategy.
• Identify priority agencies, contract vehicles, and geographic markets.
• Shape investment decisions for federal expansion and partnerships.
• Drive agency engagement, IDIQ/MATOC positioning, and capture excellence.
