Qualifications

• 8+ years of crisis management and integrated account leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of consumer/CPG or food sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crisis account work and develop strategic response plans.
• Oversee client counsel, messaging, and media relations.
• Develop and pitch new crisis offerings and opportunities for growth.
• Manage billing and budgets for accounts.
• Mentor junior staff and lead writing and review processes.
