Edelman seeks a Senior Vice President, Crisis & Reputation Risk to lead Data Security & Privacy work, guiding clients through cybersecurity incidents and reputational risk with proven crisis communications expertise.

Role requires leading account teams, developing strategy, and expanding DSP offerings while collaborating with legal, forensics, insurers and executives. Hybrid schedule in DC/NYC/Chicago.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of crisis management experience with integrated account leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in Chicago, NYC, or D.C. office.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on complex cybersecurity/data security and privacy crises.
• Lead incident response communications, playbooks, trainings, and tabletop exercises.
• Develop crisis strategy, manage account teams, and drive new business across the Edelman network.
