The role emphasizes CRE and other complex commercial lending, partnering with lending teams to drive responsible growth.

You will provide senior-level credit oversight, ensure policy adherence, and mentor lending staff in risk mitigation and underwriting practices.

Qualifications

• Ten years of commercial credit underwriting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• Strong credit decision skills with confidence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, bank regulation and loan policy.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate and approve commercial credit requests within authority.
• Provide senior-level credit oversight for CRE and complex loans.
• Partner with lending and credit teams to structure sound credit solutions.
• Ensure consistent application of credit policy and risk rating methodology.
• Monitor credit quality trends and regulatory expectations.
