Associated Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager to evaluate credit opportunities, monitor portfolio performance, and partner with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client service. This role involves working on complex lending transactions, building strong client relationships, and advancing commercial banking expertise.

Responsibilities

Analyze borrower, guarantor, property, and market data to evaluate loan requests and renewals.
Prepare comprehensive credit presentations and recommendations.
Monitor portfolio performance and maintain accurate risk ratings.
Partner with Relationship Managers to support client retention and growth.
Manage portfolio administration in line with lending policies and regulations.
Review loan repayment trends and borrower conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
Support due diligence for new opportunities and contribute to special projects.
Present credit recommendations and participate in loan approvals.
