Job summary

Daniel J. Edelman Holdings (DJEH) seeks a Vice President, Creator and Talent Business Affairs to lead complex creator, influencer, talent and celebrity transactions and to drive brand partnerships, endorsements and rights management.

The role requires strong contract expertise and a sophisticated understanding of the creator landscape. Reporting to the EVP, this senior leader will shape policies, templates and best practices, advise on risk and regulatory compliance, and collaborate across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Business Affairs, advertising, entertainment, media, creator or influencer marketing, talent, intellectual property or a closely related transactional role.
• Experience independently structuring and negotiating creator, influencer, talent, celebrity, endorsement and other rights-driven transactions.
• JD and experience practicing advertising, entertainment, media or intellectual property law strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for brand partnerships, endorsements and creator/talent transactions.
• Advise on terms including compensation, services, content, usage, term, territory, media, exclusivity and IP.
• Develop policies, playbooks and templates for creator and talent contracting, endorsement compliance and rights management.
