Job summary

Daniel J. Edelman Holdings (DJEH) seeks a Vice President, Creator and Talent Business Affairs to lead high‑level negotiations for brand partnerships, endorsements, and talent transactions.

You will guide terms, risk, and compliance across social, digital, and traditional media while partnering with leaders to implement policies and templates. The role requires strong deal‑making expertise, deep knowledge of the creator/talent landscape, and the ability to manage complex, confidential matters

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Affairs, advertising, entertainment, media, or related transactional roles.
• Experience structuring and negotiating rights-driven transactions with sophisticated counterparties.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business affairs for creators, influencers, talent and celebrities across brands and content.
• Advise on terms: compensation, services, deliverables, usage, media, IP rights and publicity.
• Provide risk mitigation guidance for campaigns across channels and platforms.
• Develop policies and playbooks for contracting, endorsement compliance and rights management.
• Balance creative and commercial objectives with regulatory and reputational risk.
