Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business affairs, advertising, entertainment, or related transactional role.
• Experience structuring and negotiating creator/talent transactions with sophisticated counterparties.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members and manage high‑pressure programs.
• JD and experience in advertising/entertainment/IP law are preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead business affairs for creators, influencers, talent and celebrities in brand partnerships and endorsements.
• Advise on commercial terms: compensation, deliverables, usage rights, media, term and exclusivity.
• Provide risk mitigation guidance across social, digital, and traditional channels.
• Develop policies, templates and playbooks for contracting, endorsement compliance and rights management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance creative objectives with contractual and regulatory risk.
