Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced asset management professional to lead end‑to‑end management of construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse CRE portfolio. You will supervise junior staff, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and sponsors to maintain loan health and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; real estate, finance/accounting, business preferred.
• 8+ years of CRE experience; AVP or external equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate debt/equity asset management.
• Proficiency with major property types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily).

Responsibilities

• Ensure team tasks comply with internal controls, audit standards, and client SLAs.
• QC junior team output to maintain high quality and accuracy.
• Manage client expectations and coordinate project scope and deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor staff to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Review draw packages for accuracy and resolve incomplete information with borrowers.
• Coordinate borrower consents and lender approvals in line with loan documents.
• Monitor capital sources and ensure loan balance compliance and timely resolutions.
• Review TI/LC allowances and change orders for loan documentation compliance.
