Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Vice President of CPG Financial Operations to lead day-to-day financial operations for the Physician Group. You will partner with senior finance leadership and operating leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, pro formas, and compensation models for physicians.

The role requires extensive experience in healthcare finance, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable guidance for executive teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Master’s degree or CPA preferred for leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare finance and physician enterprise operations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for multi-site groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial operations for Children’s Physician Group.
• Oversee month-end close, variance analysis, budget process and pro formas.
• Develop physician compensation models and incentive plans.
• Provide financial insights to executives and operational leaders.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
