Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics seeks a Vice President of Finance to join its senior leadership and partner with the CFO in shaping financial strategy, performance, and growth. You will oversee Finance, FP&A, planning, and analytics while collaborating with Operations, Clinical, Growth, Accounting, Actuarial Services, and BD to support enterprise decision-making.

You will lead budgeting, capital strategy, governance, and scalable reporting, and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles including strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.
• Experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-support functions.
• Healthcare experience preferred within provider, payer, healthcare services, or risk-bearing organizations.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive enterprise decision-making through rigorous financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, overseeing planning, forecasting, performance management, strategic finance, and business analytics.
• Partner with CFO and senior leadership to translate enterprise strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomes.
• Provide financial leadership and performance visibility across the organization.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready financial updates, Board presentations, investor communications, and lender reporting.
• Drive capital strategy, financing and refinancing activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Represent the Finance organization in executive forums as an extension of the CFO.
• Maintain strong financial controls, governance, audit readiness, and risk management practices.
• Build scalable reporting, analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management capabilities.
