Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract terms with clients and their legal teams, with internal parties, to identify and mitigate risks and ensure contracts meet risk appetite.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure onboarding activities on the Bank’s systems comply with contract requirements.
• Focus on the client experience by delivering high-quality service and anticipating client needs.
