Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Corporate Trust or debt capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Review complex debt capital market transactions from initiation through closing.
• Lead negotiations of transaction terms with external counsel, clients, and business development.
• Serve as primary contact for deal documentation to ensure compliance with standards and mitigate risk.
• Act as subject matter expert on product/country regulations and market data.
