Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager to join our Corporate Trust team in Houston. This role focuses on reviewing complex debt capital market transactions and serving as the go-to expert for product and country regulations.

You will coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams to negotiate terms, manage deal documentation, and ensure the life of the issue meets all standards. Onsite work 4 days per week in Houston, with MS Teams interviews conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional setting.
• New contracts with external clients in Structured Finance Loan.
• Structured finance, Client service, Hedge fund manager experience is desired.
• Reviewing contracts, initiating the account opening process, discuss the contract with internal and external clients.
• CLO/CDO experience is preferred but not required.
• ABS/MBS knowledge is a big plus.
• Conversion to FTE is possible.
• Onsite 4 days per week in Houston, TX.
• 1-2 rounds of interviews via MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Review highly complex debt capital market transactions/structures from initiation through closing.
• Liaise with outside counsel and Client & Business Development to negotiate terms.
• Serve as primary contact with internal and external parties to ensure the deal meets standards.
