Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Preferred Master’s Degree
• Ten years of executive leadership experience with multi-million-dollar organization in the non-profit or for-profit sector.
• Non-profit or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience in fundraising and managing high-level donor relationships or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience managing profits and losses for multi-million dollar budgets and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the Corporate Relations revenue strategy to maximize partnership revenue growth.
• Owns multi-million-dollar revenue targets through pipeline development, forecasting, and performance accountability.
• Cultivates, solicits, closes, and expands high-value corporate partnerships with C-suite leaders.
• Builds strategic account plans for priority partners focusing on retention and multi-year expansion.
• Leads a revenue-focused team culture with prospect strategy, discipline, and relationship management.
• Analyzes market trends and revenue data to identify growth opportunities and remove barriers.
