Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to identify experienced VPs of corporate development who can help train their language model on professional presentation tasks. This is a flexible, remote role requiring 4+ years in corporate development and a track record of creating board materials for live transactions.

The position offers $100 per hour, 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start and fully remote schedule. Candidates should have expert PowerPoint skills and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and exec committee materials for live transactions
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, target screening, synergy exhibits, memos).
• Support live transactions with high‑quality, polished materials and timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of executive presentations.
