Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of corporate development to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. This role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 per week) and compensation at $100/hour.

Start date is ASAP, and you will craft materials used for board approvals, target screening and deal memos with precision and strong communication. You will work with in-house M&A experience to produce executive-ready decks and collaborate across functional teams to refine AI-generated

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for board approvals, target screens, synergy analyses and deal memos.
• Prepare materials for live transactions, ensuring accuracy, clarity and executive-level storytelling.
