Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to fill a directors of corporate development role focused on training its language model for professional presentations and slide decks.

The position requires 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company, with expert PowerPoint skills and a proven track record in producing board and executive materials. This is fully remote, 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, at $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Prepare board approval decks, target screening presentations, and integration planning exhibits.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to ensure presentation quality and accuracy.
