Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced VPs of corporate development to help train an AI model on professional presentation tasks. You will craft board decks and live‑transaction materials, guiding 4+ years in in‑house M&A to produce polished executive materials from home.

This flexible, remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Expertise in PowerPoint and sharp written communication are essential for high‑quality deliverables across multiple executive workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in‑house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, target screening, synergy exhibits, deal memos, integration planning, pipeline materials).
• Collaborate with executives to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact of materials during live transactions.
• Maintain high standards of slide design, data visualization, and storytelling in fast‑paced environments.
