Job summary

You will drive top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root-cause analysis, and remediation, while guiding a diverse team and partnering with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk stakeholders to uphold integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with controls, audit, or operational risk.
• Proven ability to design and improve escalation procedures and control frameworks.
• Change management expertise driving adoption with minimal disruption.
• Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk.

Responsibilities
