Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• Typically 5-10 years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or controllership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform accounting activities supporting Corporate Staff areas, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant results.
• Support daily balance sheet review and timely issue resolution.
• Support month-end close, including review of results, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Analyze financial performance, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive process improvements by streamlining reporting and leveraging data/technology.
