In this pivotal role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, a CPA, and extensive leadership experience in financial services. • Oversee internal controls, audits, and regulatory reporting within a highly regulated environment
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team while scaling processes for growth
• Drive modernization of accounting systems and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• Senior-level accounting leadership experience within financial services (banking or credit union preferred)
• Proven experience managing teams and developing future leaders
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal controls
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a collaborative environment
