Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of finance, credit card, financial services, or regulatory experience.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment with good judgment and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end allowance governance and quarterly memo process with clear cadence and documentation.
• Provide credible challenge of the allowance including key assumptions and model outputs.
• Lead management and regulatory reporting for allowance, ensuring rigorous analysis and consistent messaging.
• Represent the Controller in regulatory exams and audits, coordinating with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Finance.
• Drive delivery to integrate a new credit card product into Card Services reporting and control framework across multiple teams.
