Job summary

• Support the end-to-end risk and control framework for Trading Services.
• Identify key risk areas and assess effectiveness of existing controls.
• Collaborate across Control Management to maintain a unified approach.
• Support risk mitigation activities, issues tracking and action plans to resolution.
• Lead or support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, controls and risk practices.
• Prepare risk and control reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments and ensure controls remain compliant.
• Promote risk and control awareness across the business.
