VCC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large scale commercial construction projects from bid through completion. You will ensure contract requirements and paperwork are in order and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with commercial construction projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Motivated with initiative and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Reviews pricing, bids and validates costs and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and validity.
• Prepares bids with drawings, specifications, test reports, and other exhibits.
• Qualify subcontractors prior to award and review bids for conformity to contract requirements.
• Negotiate contract scope and value with bidder and administer subcontracts.
• Lead project meetings and manage scheduling; liaise with subcontractors, clients and owners.
• Provide data to support estimates and respond to subcontractor inquiries.
• Maintain contract paperwork and ensure smooth awards and change orders.
