Job summary
Kovoro is seeking a VP of Construction Operations to unify project delivery standards across its Texas footprint and scale the operational infrastructure to support growth. You will have P&L accountability for the construction division and lead a team of Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Engineers.
You will implement standardized PM processes, lead monthly reviews, resolve schedule and cost issues, and partner with the Chief Estimator and Business Development to ensure projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience with at least 5 years in a senior operations or division leadership role
- Track record of delivering complex projects $50M+ on time and on budget across multiple simultaneous workstreams
- Strong financial acumen — comfortable with WIP schedules, project cost reports, and division P&L
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing teams of 30+ field and office construction professionals
- PE-backed or high-growth company experience a significant advantage
Responsibilities

- Resolve escalated schedule and cost issues
