Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Experience leading estimates on projects $30M+ across multiple delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Sage Estimating, WinEst, or equivalent estimating software; Bluebeam for takeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates from pursuit through award.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs across CSI divisions.
• Solicit and level subcontractor bids.
• Develop self-perform cost models.
• Present budgets and value engineering options to owners and design teams.
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to department estimating standards and historical cost database.
