Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead new club development, remodels, relocations, and capital projects across our growing portfolio. You will shape the construction strategy and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with brand standards.

You will collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Facilities, Procurement and executives to drive scalable growth, manage teams and vendors, and establish robust project controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM, Eng, Arch, or related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site programs; 10+ years in construction leadership.
• PMP/CCM/PE or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term construction strategy to support growth.
• Build scalable systems and reporting for multi-market expansion.
• Oversee all new club construction, major remodels, relocations, and capex projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts; own annual construction budgets.
• Lead bid processes and vendor negotiations; ensure brand standards.
