Job summary

Equity Construction Solutions seeks an Executive Vice President, Construction to lead the ECS division, shaping long-term strategy, client partnerships, and profitability. You will oversee safety, staffing, and project delivery while driving cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will partner with HR, operations, and leadership to execute growth plans across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction, with director-level leadership.
• 4+ years of experience driving business development and securing projects.
• Experience building relationships in healthcare, retail, corporate office, mixed-use or senior living construction.
• Procore or comparable PM software proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the long-term vision for the ECS construction division and align with company objectives.
• Lead strategic and operational plans with measurable performance targets.
• Cultivate senior client relationships and ensure ECS solutions meet long-term goals.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Equity service lines and expand offerings.
• Oversee safety, project controls, cost management, staffing, productivity, and quality assurance across projects.
