Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Services is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead the company’s development and acquisitions construction efforts. You will guide general contracting, construction management, and site execution across a robust multifamily program.

You will partner with development leaders to align strategy, optimize budgets, and ensure disciplined delivery from predevelopment through turnover, fostering a scalable, integrated platform for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
• MBA or real estate development degree preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years in multifamily construction or real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Evergreen’s construction and development platforms.
• Oversee all phases from predevelopment to turnover, ensuring on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
• Align delivery methods with investment goals and asset performance.
• Mentor senior project managers and field staff.
• Manage capital budgets and cost controls across developments.
• Collaborate with development and finance teams on underwriting assumptions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on sites.
