Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP of Construction Management - Disbursing to lead the CM teams across consumer, business banking, and commercial units. You will coach staff, oversee budget reviews, Cost Breakdown Summaries, loan draws, and error corrections, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and compliance.

You will guide issue resolution, monitor performance, and drive process improvements while coordinating with relationship teams and loan staff in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years' experience in construction management is expected.
• 3–5 years' experience managing or leading a team is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the CM team; oversee day-to-day processing.
• Ensure CM associates resolve customer issues related to their files.
• Develop skills for processing internal consumer residential and business banking construction draws bank-wide.
• Monitor and audit work product completed by direct reports.
• Drive efficiencies for the construction disbursing process and partner with relationship teams to improve the process.
