Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10 years of strategic conference/event management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale conferences or complex multi-stakeholder events with budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute AHLA/AHLA Foundation conferences and events.
• Lead project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Oversee educational programs, speaker coordination, and attendee experience.
• Manage venue selection, vendor contracts, and site visits.
• Provide regular updates on strategy, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
