Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree in Finance or Real Estate preferred.
• 8+ years in real estate finance with related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Expand network with community leaders and developers.
• Underwrite loans for affordable housing, schools, healthcare, and grocery stores.
• Structure predevelopment, acquisition, construction, bridge, term loans.
• Prepare memoranda and present to Loan Committee.
• Close complex loans and negotiate with borrowers and partners.
• Manage active borrower relationships with Portfolio Management.
