BlueHub Capital, a mission-driven nonprofit financing firm headquartered in Boston, seeks an experienced Senior Vice President of Education Lending to oversee all aspects of its education lending program for K-12 charter schools. You will lead credit analysis, underwriting, and loan closing while expanding relationships with operators, CMOs, and partners nationwide.

The role reports to the Loan Fund President and supports a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two remote).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Advanced degree in Finance or Real Estate preferred.
• 8+ years in real estate finance, preferably charter school facilities, NMTC leverage loans helpful.
• Strong quantitative/financial analysis and leadership in education matters.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite and close complex loan transactions for school facilities.
• Expand network of school operators, CMOs, and other lending partners.
• Prepare approval memoranda and present to Loan Committee.
• Manage an active portfolio in partnership with Portfolio Management.
