Job summary

Zelis Healthcare, LLC is seeking a senior commercialization leader to design, govern, and scale the pricing solutions business. You will establish operating models, governance, and readiness frameworks to translate strategic initiatives into measurable value across the organization.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across product, pricing, implementation, and sales, with a focus on revenue realization, market adoption, and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree a must or commensurate experience.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in Commercial Strategy, Go-to-Market, Product Management, or related strategic function.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading commercialization, product launches, or business transformations with P&L/revenue accountability.
• Proven success in designing and implementing operating models, governance, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve commercialization strategy and operating model for Pricing Solutions.
• Lead governance for all strategic launches, with stage gates and readiness milestones.
• Drive enterprise readiness and organizational development for new products and initiatives.
• Define metrics and executive reporting to drive accountability and investment decisions.
• Translate strategy into executable commercialization roadmaps and actions.
