Job summary

Zelis is modernizing the healthcare financial experience across payers, providers, and consumers. This role sets the technical direction for the Price Optimization platform, leading solution and platform architecture across the unit and partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and EA to shape end-to-end solutions that improve customer outcomes.

You will oversee architecture for modern AWS-based solutions, microservices, APIs, and AI-enabled delivery while mentoring teams to maintain

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex enterprise architecture and solution design initiatives across multiple teams.
• Deep healthcare revenue cycle management knowledge including payer-provider workflows, pricing, claims and reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for the Price Optimization platform, aligning capabilities and solutions into a cohesive strategy.
• Define end-to-end solution architectures that break down product silos for integrated offerings.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns and reference designs across UI, data, AI, and cloud layers.
• Drive AI adoption and AI-native SDLC practices to improve outcomes and developer productivity.
