• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that advance the Claims Pricing & Revenue strategy and improve long-term performance.
• Translate priorities into practical roadmaps, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify work, reduce handoffs, and improve coordination across pricing, repricing, and negotiation functions.
• Define and implement operating changes to improve scalability, quality, and margin performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement AI, automation, and workflow improvements that boost productivity and cost-to-serve.
