Job summary

Banc of California, a premier relationship-based business bank, seeks a leader to manage the Commercial Loan Servicing Department in California. The role emphasizes accurate mortgage portfolio servicing, supervision of staff, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, process improvements, and coordinating with accounting and sub-servicers to meet performance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5+ years' experience in loan servicing and supervision.
• Experience in the Banking industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (Reg Z, HMDA, FCRA, BSA/AML).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to lead 4+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Commercial Loan Servicing Department to ensure accurate and timely servicing.
• Lead, train and supervise staff; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor quality of customer service within servicing standards and coordinate with related departments.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies across loan servicing activities.
• Coordinate with accounting and sub-servicer to research accounting items and investor advices.
